Also when we have suffered a loss, and we were very sad, we have lost a lot of soul parts to this person or animal and it is good to retreive these soulparts. For the past away soul and for the person which is still here. 

But in order to be able to really let go, we also have to forgive ourselves and the other person.

Forgiveness doesn't mean, you give absolution: that it was ok what the other person did to you or what happened. NO! It means that you decide now, for yourself, to make peace with this situation. 

This is why FORGIVENESS is so important, because it is the only way to stop the wheel of karma. To elevate and illuminate it.

Forgiveness sets you free. 

Even when we have physical pains, it is important to see which emotions have been stored and we have not dealt with in the physical body. Supressed emotions block the energy flow in the physical body and can turn to illness. 

Through forgiveness work with oneself and others, we can work on this physical aspect too, and healing also can start to take place  in the physical body. 

This work is very sustainable. Because without true forgiveness, no inner ascension can take place.

Forgive so you can experience inner peace because you deserve it. As a result, you can continue ascend and raise your frequency  and new things and fields open up for you.
